Ramp Rentals in Maryland
A ramp is a great mobility solution that makes it much easier to leave and enter a building on a wheelchair or a scooter. However, a ramp can also be an expensive investment, especially if it’s only needed for a short period of time. For your convenience and to lessen the financial burden of caring for your loved one, Freedom Mobility offers ramp rentals. Rent for a month or for a year—our terms are flexible and we’ll even come out and install/remove your ramp to save you the trouble. All of our ramps are made in America and installed by experienced and professional installation teams. We provide Maryland ramp rentals for Columbia, Ellicott City, Baltimore, Eldersburg, Westminster, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Frederick, and all of Maryland.
Our Ramp Rentals Include:
1. Modular Ramps
A modular ramp has a flexible design that consists of several platforms. These platforms can be combined in different configurations to fit a variety of exit and entry situations. Tight spaces, uneven yards or oddly placed doors are not a problem with modular ramps. All ramps come with an ADA-approved safety handrail and are virtually maintenance-free.
2. Portable Ramps
Portable ramps are great for both homes and businesses with low-rise stairs. If you only have a few steps a portable ramp can be a great solution. Portable ramps are typically two-fold and can be discretely stored next to the entrance. Keep in mind, however, that these ramps don’t have handrails.
3. Commercial-grade Ramps
Our commercial-grade modular ramps are ADA and IBC-compliant. If you need a temporary solution for your business, such as accommodating an employee who suffered an injury, commercial ramp rental is your answer.
4. Door Threshold Ramps
Rubber or metal threshold ramps help smooth transitions between uneven surfaces, such as door frames. Whether the door frame is not level with the floor on both sides of the entrance or just one, there is a threshold ramp that can remedy this issue. Threshold ramps are safe, durable, ADA-compliant and can be used in both residential and commercial applications.
