Curved Stairlifts for Homes

Most home’s nowadays aren’t built with curved staircases, but some are, and many built in the past have curved staircases. Stairlifts have been around for a while now, and come in a variety of different models, including some designed specifically for curved staircases. These curved stairlifts are what we wanted to talk about today.

What Exactly is a Curved Stairlift?

Curved stairlifts work just the same as regular stairlifts, except they’re designed to function on curved or spiral staircases. Regular stairlifts are pretty cookie cutter, and more often than not, most stairlift models will work on most straight stairlifts. Curved stairlifts are all custom. Every curved staircase is different, so custom stairlift rails will need to be designed and installed.
