We had major issues with a scooter we rented and when we called expecting them to be defensive and unreasonable, we received the opposite. All the employees we spoke with were compassionate, took responsibility, and even offered to bring a new scooter to us. Exceptional customer service is almost unheard of these days but Freedom Mobility provided it to us from start to finish. Thank you also to Laurie who helped us and returned our call so quickly.
