Jamie is a dedicated professional with a long history of community service and extensive experience in the Greater Baltimore to DC metro region. Her journey in the field of healthcare began with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Virginia Tech, followed by a master’s degree in physical therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2001.

With two decades of practice as a Physical Therapist, Jamie has made a lasting impact on the lives of countless individuals, specializing in home care and orthopedic settings. In recent years, her career has evolved into business development and consultancy, where she has focused on enhancing aging-in-place services within skilled home health and in-home care.

A passionate advocate for staying active as we age, Jamie is also a proud wellness and fitness enthusiast. She generously for the past several years and through the covid pandemic volunteered her time, teaching cardio chair box classes to assisted living and memory care residents.

In her downtime, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family and staying active herself. Her interests span a wide spectrum, including travel, pickleball, skiing, golf, group exercise classes, swimming, and anything related to boating and water.

Jamie is not just a dedicated professional, she is a positive example to her three active children, stepchildren, and grandchildren, demonstrating the importance of passion, hard work, and the drive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

As a fun fact, Jamie’s athletic prowess led her to become a competitive swimmer, earning a full scholarship for NCAA Division 1 at Virginia Tech as an esteemed H2Okie. Jamie is honored to be a part of the Freedom Mobility Solutions and Freedom Mobility Complex Rehab Team, collaborating with a team of ATPs, CAPs Certified, and CEAS certified professionals.
