Our sister company, Freedom Mobility Rehab, offers both in-store and in-home Custom Complex Wheelchair Evaluations to help keep you moving.
If a standard Manual or Power Wheelchair does not suit all of your needs, it’s possible what you need is a Custom Complex Wheelchair. Being properly fitted for a Custom Complex Manual or Power Wheelchair can:
- Enhance mobility
- Begin to open (or re-open) a World of Possibilities
- Offer a Better Quality of Life to people with limited mobility
- Assist in making Health and Cognitive improvements

We take pride in making sure we build a Wheelchair that is tailored to our clients to meet their needs and wants to the best of our abilities. To accomplish this there are quite a lot of detailed steps. Thank you for your effort to give us the information needed. We look forward to working with you.
Our in Person Custom Evaluation fee is $150 for Private Paying Customers. This fee will be used as a credit toward any Custom Wheelchair purchase from Freedom Mobility Rehab. If after the evaluation you choose not to purchase a Wheelchair from Freedom Mobility Rehab, the $150 fee is considered a Nonrefundable Evaluation Fee.
Once we receive your submission and determine a Custom Manual or Power Wheelchair is a good option for the user, we will take payment and set up a date for the Evaluation.
